Hello everyone, my name is Francisca and my experience learning English at university has really been quite complicated. My first year of college has felt quite complex, difficult, and out of it. Studying a university degree is completely more complicated than studying in college, and it has been difficult for me to adapt to that. All the subjects have their difficulty and that has not allowed me to focus on studying English in the same way as I did before in school. Blogging was a new activity for me, since school, I have always been used to doing oral activities in English class, we rarely wrote. We would perform, perform, and even read great classics like Dracula, so we didn't have much written practice other than simple short answers. So blogging has really been a challenge for me. The long essays have been made complex mainly by the grammar and the correct use and congujaci贸n of the words. I definitely need to improve my grammar and my pronunciation a bit more, and I plan to do it with songs. Actually I have always practiced my English with songs and series. Many times I have been saved in English tests with song lyrics xD
Outside of classes I use English a lot for songs, to understand interviews with my favorite singers or actors, to understand some videos on tiktok and also to read some chapters of webtoons that have not yet been translated into Spanish (because I'm very anxious hahaha).
